Jessica Lal murder convict Manu Sharma, who was reportedly involved in a brawl at a night club during parole, has surrendered to the police and returned to Tihar Jail, two weeks before his parole expires.

Manu had been granted a 30-day parole starting from September 22 on humanitarian grounds in view of his mother’s illness. The parole was later extended by another thirty days to November 22. But last weekend, Manu was reportedly seen partying at actor Arjun Rampal’s club.

“I was very close to Jessica Lal and I don’t want the guy who murdered her in my club,” Rampal said to NDTV.

Manu Sharma’s parole was granted on grounds that his mother Shakti Rani Sharma was keeping unwell and that his business was suffering.

But Sharma’s mother was seen at a media briefing on Saturday at the family-run hotel in Chandigarh, the Piccadilly Hotel. Rani is the general secretary of the Chandigarh Women’s Cricket Association.

Swine flu in India is spreading like wildfire, taking the toll to almost 100. Officials say there are currently more than 1500 cases of the H1N1 flu strain in India. Governments from all around the world are finding ways to combat this deadly disease. So what can you do to protect yourself. first to understand how this virus works

WHAT IS H1NI VIRUS????

What H1NI stands Why it is called H1NI?

1. The H protein is a little spike that fits into a notch on the outside of an animal or human cell and lets the virus enter

2. Once inside, the virus hijacks the DNA in the cell’s nucleus and it uses it to replicate.

3 After infection, the N protein opens a passage in the cell wall and releases the new baby viruses,

Which can now invade other cells TAMIFLU blocks the action of the N protein so the virus can’t spread.

It does not prevent infection, but limits its impact. it must be taken quickly as the virus reproduces most rapidly from between 24 and 72 hours after illness begins

TO UNDERSTAND H1NI…VIRUS?

A virus is a packet of 8 genes wrapped in proteins, much smaller than a bacterium. Unlike a bacterium, a viruses only half alive, it can’t eat or reproduce on its own. it needs the genetic machinery or a living cell

Most viruses are harmless; some are useful others, like flu virus, can be deadly

HI and NI are the initials of two sugar proteins ( HEMAGGLUTININ and NEURAMIDINASE) that sit on the surface of the H1NI virus.

BASIC PRECAUTONS TO AWAY SWINE FLU ( H1N1 VIRUS)

10 effective prevention tips

1. Wash your hands frequently

Use the antibacterial soaps to cleanse your hands. Wash them often, at least 15 seconds and rinse with running water.

2. Get enough sleep

Try to get 8 hours of good sleep every night to keep your immune system in top flu-fighting shape.

3. Keep hydrated

Drink 8 to10 glasses of water each day to flush toxins from your system and maintain good moisture and mucous production in your sinuses.

4. Boost your immune system

Keeping your body strong, nourished, and ready to fight infection is important in flu prevention. So stick with whole grains, colorful vegetables, and vitamin-rich fruits.

5. Keep informed

The government is taking necessary steps to prevent the pandemic and periodically release guidelines to keep the pandemic away. Please make sure to keep up to date on the information and act in a calm manner.

6. Avoid alcohol

Apart from being a mood depressant, alcohol is an immune suppressant that can actually decrease your resistance to viral infections like swine flu. So stay away from alcoholic drinks so that your immune system may be strong.

7. Be physically active

Moderate exercise can support the immune system by increasing circulation and oxygenating the body. For example brisk walking for 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week will significantly perk up your immunity.

8. Keep away from sick people

Flu virus spreads when particles dispersed into the air through a cough or sneeze reach someone else nose. So if you have to be around someone who is sick, try to stay a few feet away from them and especially, avoid physical contact.

9. Know when to get help

Consult your doctor if you have a cough and fever and follow their instructions, including taking medicine as prescribed.

10. Avoid crowded areas

Try to avoid unnecessary trips outside. Moreover, avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way

FOLLOW THESE TIPS TO FIGHT WITH DEADLY H1N1 VIRUS AND MAKE YOUR LIFE LONGER.

WHAT’s new in his 6th time prime minister speech?

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in his speech on INDEPENDENCE DAY.

This is consectively sixth time when prime minister DR. MANMIHAN SINGH deliver his speech from Red- Fort.

What are the issues he raises?

what are the promises he made.?

what are commitments that UPA goverment wants to do?

what he said in his initial speech?

We are rapidily moving forward, we have faith in ourselves. We have political stability. Our democracy is an example for the whole world.

Issues he raises?

ON ECONOMY:

For this ManMohan Singh has said that Economics and ManMohanomics are both are like a coin, the one side is head and other side is tail. He is one who can better understand the

global economics crisis not only understand the crises, but carried out some plan to resolve the issue.

He said it is only a result of our policies that global crisis has affected us to a lesser extent that many other countries. Restoring our growth

rate to 9% is greatest challange we face

ON AGRICULTURE:

Agriculture is the biggest crisis that we are facing now.As already declared that 207 districts of country are drought hit.Due of which we have seen that

the prices of the essential commodities like Pulses & Sugar are very high, infact they are double now.

There are the number of states who are facing huge agriculture crisis like Bihar,Karnataka&UP.In karnataka alone,40 farmers have commited suicide

in just 21 days.

For this ManMohan Singh has said that”The country needs another GREEN-REVOLUTION & we wil try our best to make it possible.”

H1N1 SWINE FLU:

This new virus has found space in this year Speech because of its contribution to the number of deaths Globally.

PM said “The Swine flu situation doesn’t warrant a disruption of our daily lives because of fear & anxiety.

ON KASHMIR :

This problem has always got its seat in almost every speech by any PM since 1989.Since some time there is reduction of militancy instances but

Still Kashmir issue always been a head-ache for our country. This year PM didn’t said anything special about resolving this issue.

PM said that”We will not allow the separists to grow & thus no space for Separatism.”

ON NAXAL THREAT :

This issue has taken most of the INDIA by surprise. NAXALITIES have hit almost 9 states of our country & thus looking like a bigger threat

to the whole country ,they at one time have been ignored as minor groups.

On 14th of july in the sunday evening. The whole bollywood gets shock, once again dark side FILMISTAN come under the limelight. The news spread of bollywood actor SHINEY AHUJA force her house maid for SEX. He has been accused of RAPE OF 18 years old house maid.

This was really shameless thing for actor. The actors are just like our heroes who projects our society in a different ways. The people are considering them as a ROLE MODEL. But now in these days our reel life’s HEROES are just like the VILLIAN of real life.

There was numerous incident that happens IN PAST which comes out dark side of BOLLYWOOD. The word CASTING COUCH define in his statement. Harssesment of young female models for the sake of getting good roles in film now very common in these days, even the MALE models are not far behind this fact. In short bollywood is not safe NEW COMERS. Now Bollywood is only meant for the favourites lobbies.

BUT ACTOR DENIED THE RAPE CHARGES. HE SAID IT WAS CONSENSUAL SEX.

Consensual sex for any actors with his 18 years old house maid also define the character of actors. he has wife and a daughter also. Shame for actor.

But actor has been charged under IPC section 376 for rape, but later the charge of threating to kill-IPC SEC 506 was also added

IS CONSENSUAL SEX CAN BE PROVED IN COURT???

Says lawyer SATISH MANESHINDE. IN CASE RAPE, THE EVIDENCE OF VICTIM IS ENOUGH, PROVING IT WASN’t RAPE BUT CONSENSUAL SEX, IS VERY DIFFICULT.IF THERE WAS NO SIGNS OF AGGRESSION ON THE VICTIM, IT WOULD, IT COULD INDICATE CONSENSUAL SEX,BUT THAT’s NOT SUFFICIENT AS EVIDENCE. TO PROVE CONSENSUAL SEX, THERE SHOULD BE EVIDENCE IN THE FORM OF SMSes OR TELEPHONIC CALLS WHICH SHOW THERE WAS AN INVOLEMENT. EVEN IF THE VICTIM IS KNOWN TO BE PROSITITUTE OR CONDOM WAS USED IT’s STILL NOT ACCEPTED AS CONSENSUAL SEX.

WHAT AMOUNT TO RAPE???

According to section 375 of the IPC, a man is said to commit rape when he has sexual intercourse with a women.

1) AGAINST HER WILL

2) WITHOUT HER CONSENT

3) IF THE CONSENT WAS OBTAINED BY PUTTING HER OR ANY PERSON SHE’s INTERESTED IN UNDER FESR OF DEATH OR OF HURT.

4) WITH HER CONSENT, WHEN THE MAN KNOWS THAT HE IS NOT HER HUSBAND, BUT SHE BELIEVED THAT HE IS THE MAN SHE IS LAWFULLY MARRIED TO HIM.

5) IF THE CONSENT WAS GIVEN UNDER INTOXICATION OR UNSOUND MIND.

QUICK REACTION FROM THE BOLLWOOD

I M shocked. The shiney i know and have worked with is a very down-to-earth and highly professional person. He is a very quiet person, keeps to himself and has never misbehaved with any women. I have not been able to react because the SHINEY i know can’t do such thing……………SAYS ANURAG BASU…..DIRECTOR

LET’s hope result of this case come soon………………………WITH PROPER HONESTLY…………….

There was much speculation on the 15th Lok Sabha Elections that who is going to make government in central. There wasequal chance of every alliance including THIRD FRONT.

NOW THE QUESTION IS WHY BJP.NDA ALLIANCE FAILURE????

FIRST REASON: IMAGE MATTERS

The party image is not good among the citizen of this country. Why it is so?? earlier the past incidents clearly projects the BJP,NDA alliance have the fundamental ideology.in this 21st century this ideology didnot work. The people are very much aware about this petty politics.

: SECOND REASON

DEMOLIATION OF BABARI MOSQUE

ALIANCE WITH SHIVSENA

THE YOUTH OF THIS COUNTRY ARE TOTALLY AGAINST THE PARTIES LIKE SHIVSENA,MNS BECAUSE THE PARTY IDEOLOGY ARE TOTALLY AGAINST THE YOOF…LIKE PROTESTION OF VALINTINE DAY ETC, CREATING VIOLENCE IN P U Bs.

: VIOLENCE IN KANDHAMAL ORISSA..

VIOLENCE IN KANHAMAL COMES TO AN BAD RESULT BREAK UP WITH B J D . MR navreen patnaik get seperated from N D A.

THIRD REASON:

PROJECTION OF NARENDER MODI AS A PRIME MINISTER CANDIDATE OF BJP IN NEXT ELECTIONS

The image of MR narender modi in gujarat is quite good but in north and other region are devil. That is the most prominent reason of BJP failure in north like j&k,punjab, haryana, delhi, uttar pradesh,uttarakhand..

FOURTH REASON:

LESS FOCUS ON YOUTH:

I DONT KNOW WHAT IS TARGET MARKET OF B J P…. LIKE CONGRESS FOCCUSION ON YOOF VOTES ON THE OTHER HAND B J P HAVE THE NO IDEA ABOUT THIS.ON 70% VOTERS ARE YOOF OF AGE BETWEEN 18 YEARS TO 29 YEARS.

FIVETH REASON

REPLACED THE PARTY PRESIDENT MR RAJNATH SINGH:

The B J P party president MR RAJNATH SINGH have NOPE charisma like congress general sectrary MR RAHUL GANDHI..His strategy didnot work, he’s the not good speaker of english to attract the youth votes. RAHUL on other hand shows confidence to young MP’s like NAVEEN JINDAL , MINISH TIWARI, MILIND DEORA,SACHIN PILOT, SHASHI THROOR.

BY

DEVAIN

Managment Student
